We want you to love your order. If you are not happy, contact us and we will help.

Return window: you can return an item within 30 days of delivery. UK customers also have a statutory right to cancel distance sales within 14 days of receiving their goods.
Condition: for hygiene reasons, cosmetics must be unopened, unused and in original packaging to be returned. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty.
How to return: contact us through our Contact page with your order number and we will confirm the return process and address. Return postage is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds: once we receive and check your return, we refund your original payment method within 14 days.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will replace or refund the item, including return postage.
